February 15th Snow Report

Wet, slushy, spring powder! The past two days have brought some heavy powder, but we are not complaining! The storm cycle brought a total of 16 inches and conditions on the mountain are great! Temps are warmer than it looks, creeping into the mid 30’s midday and lift lines are short!

Today was excellent, we started off the day with a Closets and Shadows run and then went over to Southpeak lift for untouched lines in Broadway trees and Land of the Little People. Then we made our way over to Morningside lift via Hot Cakes (one of our favorite little runs on the mountain) and headed down Christmas Tree bowl which was still full of fresh powder stashes!

For steeper terrain we always head over to Morningside and ski Christmas Tree Bowl, North Saint Pats or East Face. There are some fun little drops and cliffs back there which make for a super fun time on a powder day! It looks like we could see some more snow tomorrow morning, and it should be a bit fluffier with colder temperatures rolling in.

Enjoy the snow
